Trademarks on the beach... in Malibu!.....

Dateline: Wednesday morning, August 9, 2017...  instead of going to the office bright and early I drove up the coast and stopped at the Malibu Pier for a Turmeric Coconut Latte. True story... and took some photos of the area, including some trademarks in the sun, sand and surf!.....

Below, about that Tumeric Coconut Latte...

Umbrellas, surfboards, swim fins, body boards, bikinis, beach towels, beach chairs, and even a combination car key storage locker (that attaches to your car's door handle) are products that cater to the Southern California surf and beach culture and you can bet that each of them has a brand name and the savvy business owner will secure trademark registration rights on top of that to protect their investment.

Heat, Humidity and #ThunderStormClouds

Dateline: Thursday afternoon, August 3, 2017 around 3 pm... a mid afternoon walk along Wilshire Blvd. near the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Santa Monica, Calif.  The heat and humidity continues with some very ominous #ThunderStormClouds north of Santa Monica... I would not want to be in the San Fernando Valley and/or parts even north of there along the I5 or State Route 14 now with all this heat and those clouds, that's for sure...
